Cabot Factory Finish provides a fade-resistant finish that is exceptionally long lasting. 100% acrylic-based, these tough exterior coatings keep moisture out and protect lumber from warping and checking. They provide a beautiful, texture-enhancing, eggshell finish to most types of new smooth and rough-sawn lumber and are ideal for use on siding and trim. Formulated specifically for machine application, this water-repellent, extremely tough finish will resist mars and scratches. Application of Cabot Factory Finish under the factory-controlled conditions of a machine applicator ensures that the product is applied to all sides of the lumber, completely protecting the lumber before it reaches the job site.
